Gorgeous community & wonderful staff. Los Robles is top notch, love living here and office/maintenance staff is excellent.

Los Robles Apartments We moved here from El Paso, Tx in March 2021 & couldn't be happier in our new home!!! Everyone is so nice & helpful with any of our needs! This Property is Beautiful & we did everything online! Jaime is who I worked with & he was so patient & Super Helpful! Maintenance is wonderful also! They come right away! They also have all kinds of activities here that have been fun so far! We Absolutely Love living here!

We had originally applied for a unit in the 2nd floor, but decided on switching to a unit to the first floor. The staff was able to meet our request within minutes and were able to make the switch without any hassle. AVOID This place has to be in the running for the worst management in the country. Not helpful at all, say their open from X to X, but never answer phone calls, never answer emails, and never in the office either. They can call you and leave a voicemail, but if you try and call back a minute after, they won’t answer. Signed a year lease in the summer, and then called me in the winter to ask why I haven’t moved out yet? They either lose certain files or just don’t care, and will call and charge you 11 months saying they never... read more
Can't Wait to Leave This Place Current resident here. The walls, floors and ceilings are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING from your all of your neighbors. My next door neighbor actually broke his lease and left the complex it got so bad for his family. Many neighbors are highly inconsiderate with regard to noise and unfortunately asking management to do anything about has been hit or miss. Run!!!! -Water is HARD, leaves stains on sinks and walls AND literally smells terrible like sewage -Raise rent every few months -ALWAYSSSSS Charge you random fees for and blame it on forgetting to charge it months ago -Switched to a new leasing company and they have been unorganized over a year -Walls thin, can hear neighbors talking through the wall
Don’t waste your money Nice area but not worth the price of rent. The walls are far too thin and things break so easily. We’ve had several drawers break, our fridge handle has come off several times, doors and locks need greasing, heat/air is constantly running so insulation sucks, and there’s a massive crack in our ceiling. All things that should not happen with an apartment only a couple years old. Worst place ever The walls are paper thin. Everything is cheaply made. Cars get stolen. And you hear every detail of every conversation of your downstairs neighbors and them walking (yes downstairs). Management never solves your problems just keep giving fake promises. Worst place I've ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Don't get fooled by the appearances
