What a disappointment Everything looked peachy at first.. until I moved in. The apartments looked great at first, but the leasing agent insisted that my actual unit would not be ready to view until close to move in. That was the only week I was in town, so I signed. Bad mistake. My actual unit was dirty, and the construction quality was sub-par. Their apartments may be new and cheaper than others but it's clear that they used cheaper material and labor.
