Horrible experience! Received a facial and had a severe allergic reaction. I called Lotus numerous times to ask what ingredients were used and they kept telling me they would call me back but they never did. Had to go to Urgent Care for a steroid because my face was swelling up so badly. Do not go here!
The atmosphere, the staff and my aesthetician, Alyssa, proved to be a wonderful experience. I had micro needling performed for the first time and it was nothing as expected! I expected pain and discomfort and happily experienced neither! I, instead, found myself in a relaxed state, heated bed, lovely music and the knowing and professional hands of Alyssa. I’m already booked for my next session.
I highly recommend this spa. I’ve been coming here for several weeks for laser appointments. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Appointments are quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Staff and masseuse were the best. You need to enter the building under the sign for Emergency Care.
Would recommend to a friend! My first visit there was good: clean, professional, ladies weren’t super nice and I appreciated that they walked me through the procedure being this is my first hair removal appointment.
Wasn’t what I expected! Quite disappointed in the service. Was booked for micro dermabrasion ended up getting a five minute derma plane and a 45 minute massage on my face and arms.
This place is my favorite. Best messages and wonderful ambiance.
