RecommendedI have been a tenant for almost 8 years with Lotus Real Estate. One thing i can say is that they will work with you but at a cost. If you are experiencing any type of hardship expect to pay at least $700 in fees loyalty really means NOTHING. Dhanya is really nice but the rest of the staff has changed so much in 7 years and no one returns my call.
