Do not rent from Lotus! My roommates and I rented from them for two years in a house in Gilbert. Honestly I’m not sure whether they’re just out for money in any way, shape, or form; or they’re highly incompetent. Throughout our time there we experienced a copious amount of issues. They have been nothing but a pain. I am going on day 7 of a car blocking my parking spaces and no one has helped. I was promised by Jennifer that the car would be removed by Friday and it has not. I call the property manager and he doesn’t help. I call the office and text the office and no one is replying to me. I’m getting ignored. THE WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! This company does not help at all fix any issues on the property they rent you. The property I am renting from currently is infested with rats and they told me it’s my issue and I need to pay to have them removed. Yet again They also aren’t willing to cover the holes in the wall letting the rats in. Better customer service skills. they do not return phone calls or emails. they dont fix anything unless it breaks and they are forced too. worst company ever

This man does not take care of his properties.
Do not rent from Lotus Real Estate! This company is out for your money and nothing else. They do not invest in the integrity of a house, and instead force you to pay a “co-pay” for any work orders placed to repair household necessities. Any remaining issues the house has after you leave are simply passed on to the next tenant. Here is our situation, my family is currently renting a 2 story home. STAY AWAY FROM LOTUS REAL ESTATE!!! They are professional scam artists to their tenants and horrible stewards of their clients properties. My A/C leaked in the home I am renting from Lotus real estate.
