John did a wonderful job of explaining the various phases of this project, kept us informed along the way and handled things very professionally and with our best interests in mind. This project moved along smoothly and we had no worries. We wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them.

I have utilized Loughman Builders for a few years now for many different type of jobs and have always been more than satisfied with their work. **** always insures you are 100% satisfied, during & after a job. This year I had multiple projects requested and budgeted. (new deck, new stairs, new kitchenette, to name a few). They insure you are aware of the effort required, and will work with you on your budget. I've never had any surprises, other than good ones...(under budget). I have recommended Loughman Builders to all of my friends who are looking for someone honest and reliable.

John contacted me promptly, was honest about what to expect and any road bumps we may encounter. He had the sump pump done within a week of meeting with him and put me in touch with his subcontractors to help with other portions of our project. Could not recommend them enough.
