Very good work! They kept me informed on everything they were doing thru out the day. The project estimate was the final cost for the cost for the job --- no surprise costs! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the overall customer service provided throughout the entire process. John was very engaged with me (texts, emails, sending photos, etc). He did a big job in a very small ammount of time. I have had other renovations done before he was the best i have used and when the project was completed it was in excellent condition.
I promptly received a call from John, the owner of the company. He personally met with me and described in detail what was needed as well as the costs. He even went further and was able to make a few calls ,and upgraded my sliding wood doors to a set of beautiful glass doors. He also completed some other small repair work which he saw needed attention at no cost. The company is prompt and maintained clear and concise communications with me during the entire process.
