I was highly satisfied because everyone in the office makes you feel welcome. In addition, I never have to wait to see Lisa. She is friendly, listens, never makes you feel rushed and gives injections that are almost painless. She answers all of my questions and is extremely nice. Lisa makes me want to return to the office. Lisa knows just where to make the injections and does an amazing job to make me look better.
She does great work. She made me feel comfortable.
The results were amazing! My wrinkles were significantly reduced.
Tara does a great job helping me with my skin concerns! She is quick and makes the treatments as comfortable as possible!
Kimmi had the numbing gel on my face on the areas to be injected for 45 minutes, as I advised her I cannot tolerate ANY pain, I'm a Big baby when it comes to needles. Not only was I fully numb but before injecting we also iced for a few minutes and when she injected she gave me a ball to squeeze in one hand than a mini hand held vibrator to lightly hold on area of my face to take my attention away when she injected. Val is warm, funny, and very informative. My first Botox experience and she made me feel so comfortable. While it's very subtle and I don't really look that different, it just made me feel better and more confident.
Tara was absolutely wonderful. She was well informed on the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. She even supplied me with her personal phone number in case I had any concerns. I love the results! I definitely notice a smoother and cleaner texture to my skin
I've had Lisa looking after me now for about 15 years and she is very knowledgeable - she's looking after me. Lisa is wonderful. I'm happy with my results.
