Valerie always takes the time to talk about the procedure and what to expect. She also advises on other procedures that I might benefit from. Valerie is a pro and always places the injections right where I need them. The results are consistent and well done.
The staff are very welcoming. The receptionist is competent (so often, there is a smiling female at the front desk of an office who is pleasant but often dumb or bored). Treatment appointment times are mostly kept (I more than most people want people to be on time).
Kimmie is excellent. She uses numbing cream before the Botox injections. She is always pleasant to talk with. The entire visit was pleasant and professional.
This is my second time having Kate do my Botox. I am extremely happy with my results! She is kind, friendly and always willing to help. I have had Botox for years done elsewhere and I have never gotten such a great arch to my eyebrows. Kate is the best!!
Kimmi is so knowledgeable about injectable fillers and Botox. She always recommends the best treatment for what I need at my visit and I always am very pleased with the results. I am very satisfied with the professional service.
