I had a great experience with Kim, especially considering that it was my first time getting Botox. She listened and understood my needs, then suggested the best treatment option while explaining what she would be doing and the purpose behind it. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. Felt like it was important to keep things very natural and minimal my first time. I'll probably consider kicking it up a slight notch during my next visit.
