During my regular check up with Kelli Tyler Hayes I mentioned that the chronic pain I have in back was bothering me in the right sacrailiac. After examination there was a lump /knot above it. She recommend a steroid injection. This helped tremendously. I told Kelli I also have been very tired & no energy. She ordered lab work with a follow up appt. Kelli is always very professional, thorough, & kind

My experience with Dr. Shanklin and his staff today was the best medical experience I've ever had! I'm so appreciative that Dr. Shanklin took the time to listen to me, examine me, and ask me questions. He then started treatment on the spot to relieve this debilitating pain I'm in. I trust that Dr.Shanklin will be diligent in handling my care and so thankful that I went there. His staff was also amazing.
There are no problems with visits. However, contacting your staff by phone is very difficult.
