This place is so incompetent! For TWO weeks now I have been chasing these crappy people for my meds!! First they dont know how to fax their prescription orders to the pharmacies! They NEVER check to make sure the fax went through so that we can get our needed medicine! I waited for Dr Mendez for almost an hour, feeling miserable and he gave me all of his 20 minutes then the pharmacy never got my med orders! I have spent my day today calling their office , the pharmacy and still dont have my medicine! All of these fools ar... read more

I see Kelly Tyler Hayes, she has always responded to my calls, needs, health concerns. Best care I have ever received .
My grandmother who is almost 90 years old called several times to tell her mobile nurse she fell & needs to be seen. Only answering machine comes on anytime anyone calls. She left several messages & no one ever returned her call! Very unprofessional! This is not the first time her calls have gone unanswered.
Nurse called my daughter a drug addict... far from the truth. All she needed was a stronger dose of ambian. Call me a drug addict and I would have went off on her ass too! Maybe a call to the States medical board would be appropriate.
Staff is very unorganized. Dr. Mendez forgot to follow through with orders. Waited weeks for call back, ended up having to call. Referrals take awhile.
Wow, this is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I am my mother’s caregiver. They have now been reported to Medicare & also bad reviews have been reported on Healthgrades & Google! BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC!
I took my mother in because she hadn't seen a doctor in a long time. I told them she would be self pay since she did not have insurance but I wanted her to see a good doctor. I didn't mind how much it would cost. All I cared about was my mom getting better. First visit we get sent to UMC for blood work that cost us $30 dollars. (Basically nothing compared to the $200 they charge per visit at Lubbock family medicine.) I called for 3 days straight to get the results since UMC faxed it to them within an hour after. Never got to... read more
The standard of care is definitely not what it use to be, and the knowledgeable well trained staff seems to be no longer there after Dr. Vermillion left the practice.
