This is where my husband goes to see his Dr but Dr Vermillion is no longer there as we all know, but today he hurt his back went in for an appt to see Dr shanklin he was nice but his nurse was very nice at first then after he had his X-rays done she came in with 1 hell of an attitude. I specifically and repeatedly have mentioned my lab coverage & insurance coverage. I requested an explanation regarding billing and no one in this office has returned my call or answered my questions. I am here in person today because I am extremely upset with this medical facility. Tommy blew me off to Donna. Donna to her manager Sherri. Now that I am here the manager or owner Sherri blew this issue off to Michael. ANNOYING!
Awful awful uncaring staff!!! I really liked Dr Mendez but I can't be burdened with the red tape to get my inhalers filled.... I was last there in October suddenly in December they refuse to fill my inhaler?!?!?! It happened multiple times so sadly I had to find another PCP.
1.0 star rating 11/15/2016 I would like to preface this by saying I think that the doctors who work here are great (particularly Dr. Mendez). HOWEVER, getting to see them or trying to call in issues is a nightmare and has never, in my experience, been pleasant. Today I called to ask for a refill of antidepressants to hold me over until I find a doctor in my new city (8 hours away). Without hesitation, I was told no because I hadn't been in since July. I am absolutely appalled by the actions of the charge nurse Karen. My daughter called to get a prescription replaced. Karen was VERY rude and hung up on my daughter NOT once but twice. We will NEVER go back to this clinic, and I WILL post on my Facebook for my friends and family to never visit this clinic.
Customer service is the worst u have ever seen. You can never speak to anyone, they are always in a meeting. I have been lied to by the staff several times. Been scheduled to see Dr. Vermillion only to be pushed off on a nurse. The last two times I have been in they only made me worse. The office staff should not have a job. They are the most unprofessional people I know.
