Overall my experience was good. However. I had 6 sessions n three different therapist. Although each was good. They were not quite on the same page. All the exercises I was given to do I already was doing on my own except 2 new ones, some daily or at least 3 + days a week. My expectations I think were a little too high and I cannot fault them for that

Jennifer is just the best. Professional and kind even when I was in pain and not so nice, even though I tried. She is definitely my go to for therapy. The five others were also excellent. Bonsack has the pick of all of them.

Three weeks after initial evaluation had second evaluation, they advised that my hip range of motion had not changed. They strongly encouraged me to go see an orthopedic doctor and sure enough, I will need hip replacement surgery. The Bonsack employees honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated. They will certainly be my choice if I need any more therapy.
