I went because of the convenience of the location. I will go back because of the care and attention the staff gives to each patient.

Kellie, my Therapist, was fantastic! She spotted my deficiencies and worked on getting me up to par and much better. I also loved the other Therapists who were also working to get me stronger! Wonderful Team!!💕

I have been to several physical therapy places & Lucas is the best one I have ever been to. The physical therapists were wonderful & so much fun. The PT showed me what to do & stayed with me to see if I was doing them correctly. I enjoyed going for therapy because of the people & their expert training skills. If I ever have to go to PT again, I go to Lucas. I have already recommended Lucas to my friend who will be hip surgery. Thank you Hazel

It wasn’t a fun experience. They weren’t very personable. They talked a lot about themselves and their drama rather than talking about other things or learning about me as a patient. I just felt like they didn’t like me. And so that’s why I stopped going. I also don’t want to be contacted by them.

Poor customer service. There were times I attended PT and I sat there un- noticed. The office near the post office and McDonalds in Roanoke was my first visit and the PT was rude, poor customer service and frightening. I was referred to the office on 460 next door to Domino’s pizza. It was somewhat better, but not much. They were not timely and their customer service was not the best. I sit for about 15 mins before I was noticed. Treatment was fair. If the people would work more and stop talking. It would be better.
