Dinner was amazing, from start to finish. Our server was incredible and everything was just lovely. Everything is put together with intent and the proof is in the details. Our server was knowledgeable and engaging, by far the best service we've experienced anywhere.
17 of us went to happy hour at Luce and had a wonderful time. The food was great, especially the shrimp in lemon cream sauce, eggplant Parmesan, and pizza. The Peach Belini and Margaritas were delicious. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I heard only praises for the event.
A welcoming and friendly restaurant. Service is excellent, friendly, never intrusive. We celebrated a friend's birthday and our wait person was especially attentive to her on her special day.
Our meal was outstanding, the halibut (a special) was beautifully cooked on a bed of shrimp risotto and had some veggies spread around it. The appetizer of caprise was made with green tomatoes, and buffola cheese drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Our waitress, Lauren, was attentive and was spot on with our orders. Overall, a great experience, will definitely go back.
Not your typical strip-center restaurant. Nice ambiance inside and out. Wait staff is helpful with both menu and wine list. Extensive wine options. Went to celebrate anniversary and will definitely go back again. Would like to go for lunch next.
We celebrated a friend's 91st Birthday. Having alerted Luce to this fact, the hostess greeted us the Honoree with delight & birthday wishes. Also, the hostess recognized me from a previous visit & greeted our group as 'like family.' We felt so at home and welcome. Our server, Beth M., was very attentive, related to each person but was never intrusive. The lunch turned into a very delightful celebration -- and the guests vowed to return with their friends. I will return again with friends and colleagues.
The food and service were outstanding for my Mother's Day luncheon meal. It was authentic Italian fare and the servings are generous. The waiter was also attentive. Wish this restaurant was in Austin, where I live. But, I'll go visit when in San Antonio.
The food was great, service was the best I've seen in along time. I highly recommend the Luce for special family dinners. If you want a more romantic twist ask to be seated in the wine cellar/room. Can't go wrong!
Wonderful as always! Alice & Mike, the hosts are tremedous, as always! Chris, our server, gave us great service! The whole table ordered Happy Hour appetizers........they are fantastic! Luce's is our favorite venue for lunch, dinner and happy hour!!
