Love the atmosphere and the tall tops in the middle- made it easy to talk to friends. Server didn’t greet us for 10+ minutes and even when they did they just asked for our drink orders. Not much “service”. When we got our food, half of the meals were cold and had to be sent back. I think they just microwaved the fries. The food was very good though!
I think the food is okay. I had chicken waffle and it’s good. The service is mehhh. They weren’t rude though. And the restaurant is not noisy so good.
Very nice and cute interior. Had a reservation for Sunday brunch but definitely didn’t need one. Overall, food was decent but definitely not worth the price. Our service definitely below average but bartender and hostess seemed great so could have just been our particular waitress. Ok if in need of a bite to eat and other options are busy, but wouldn’t choose this spot on purpose.
Delicious food- we had brussel sprouts, cheeseburger spring rolls and onion rings for appetizers and they were all so tasty. I'd also recommend the mussels, bolognese, steak frites, and chicken sandwich. Great atmosphere for a Saturday night too!
Excellent food and service
The food is good. There is a big gap for improvement in service. It looks like they just have to do the job done. The restrooms are clean but out of 4 stalls only 1 work. The place is nice though.
Terrific food! Great ribs, fried chicken sandwich. Excellent menu. Have to work a little on coming up to Brasserie Jo's (last restaurant in space) reputation, but only as to service; food is exceptional. No one at desk to greet us for our reservation. Took ten minutes to get seated in an empty restaurant. One aloof gentleman seemed put out by having to come greet us. Then a charming young woman made a special effort to give us a window table. Business breakfast - it was serviceable (I was meeting with someone staying at the hotel), but I wouldn't go there by choice. We both ordered avocado toast with poached egg, and the bread wasn't really toasted at all, and the egg was cold (how is that possible?) Service was friendly and helpful, and the room is nice, but otherwise, not much to recommend it.
Enjoyed our family brunch. Service was very good. Unfortunately, some of the meals were cold.
