It would been helpful if you did not request the same documentation on repeated occasions and to ask for what I believe to be unnecessary things such as proof of my ownership of my company when I had already giving you the document from Sunbiz. My accountant had to write a letter confirming my status of ownership. After she summitted you came back questioning her credential. To me, the whole process was too overwhelming.
