My situation was very unique. After restarting my life over, it was times I doubted this process, thinking it was too soon. Without the encouragement from Luis, Hernandez & My agent Reggie Brooks, I would still be renting. Actually, it was these two individuals who prompted me to even start the process, when I wasn’t really thinking of buying at this time, & I can’t thank them enough for that!
