I was so lucky to have a chance to work with Luke. My Buyer was trying to buy a condo on Navarre Beach, and was having lender after lender tell them that they could not finance this complex(at no fault of the Buyer). Luke overcame NUMEROUS Insurance obstacles and HOA communication issues. After about 2 months and countless emails calls he made it happen. Thanks again Luke, I know my Buyers are so excited about this, they couldnt have dont it without you!

I just closed on my home. I used Luke for my home loan. He was very helpful and kept me updated on everything and helped make sure that it was fast and easy. I would highly recommend him for all loans needed. I have a sister in the banking industry and she said that she needed him to train her loan officers.
