I was extremely impressed with the handling of my loan. After several misguided attempts on 'my part' Patty and Luke got everything straightened out for me on my refinance. All at a lower rate and closing costs then my previous lender quoted me!!!!

I wanted a home equity line and had pretty low credit due to medical emergency in my family. Loan 1: Luke and team thoroughly analyzed my credit situation and helped me get a loan, which required attention, dedication, and lots of hard work across months for all involved. We asked our Realtor for some lender referrals and in no particular I began calling. After speaking with Luke for just a couple of minutes, I knew I wanted him to work for us. And let me say, I couldn't have made a better choice. Luke and his team were absolutely amazing in every detail. We wanted the best possible interest we could get using my VA, but would go conventional if that what it took. It took some doing, but we got the VA rate we wanted far lower than we expected.
