My original review is missing, but this place is still an absolute heap. From roaches everywhere including the office to garbage everywhere to my wife getting harassed in the parking lot every time she goes out alone to my car getting broken into TWICE, this place has been absolute garbage and is only getting worse. The only saving grace is that the office staff is incredibly nice.

These are literally the worst apartments ever they are filled with rats,my brother has been dealing with leaks all over the house probably because of the rats chewing threw everything and bath tile is falling apart the tub has a crack that leaks water every where so I'm pretty sure the walls and flooring is covered in mold and yesterday the power in the kitchen outlets went out that means his refrigerator is off and the food inside is all going bad although he mark this as an emergency maintenance request no one has come to ... read more
Very bad experience living in these Lumina apartments. I've been reporting water leaks in the bathroom where the air conditioning motor is for over a month, and they never fixed anything. Now, even the ceiling is falling on me from so much water falling down. They act like nothing's happening. The tub is all broken and full of mold, and the water is coming into the room. It's a flood. Someone please advise me what to do in this case. It's the worst living here and paying very high rents 😰😰😰
