My sales team and the customer service I received from them was fantastic. The only downside was the install. Installers were not Lumio employees. They canceled on me several times. The plans were not left with the panel making the final inspection have troubles. My panels were delivered by a 3rd party vendor and left in the street in front of my house with no one to safeguard them. There was trash left on my property from the installers. That being said, I called my sales team and customer service rep who made magic happen.... read more
