They have very efficient automated processes for completing financial paperwork and service calls. Every employee and contractor I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The process moved along more expeditiously than expected, despite some unforeseen challenges. At the completion of each step, I often found myself a little unclear/confused as to what was going to come next and when.
