Having our first interaction with Lumio came from a young man knocking on our door. This young man asked us what we knew about the Lumio company. Both my husband and I said we knew nothing. He explained the program, and we had let him know that solar was something we are very interested in. Sign up and installation went very well. Once completed, there was no follow up. Things improved once the system was in service. We are nearly at 0 on our bill. This survey is the first contact we've had in several months.

I had the up most perfect installation prossess with lumio! They had 2 nice people come and inform me about what was going on in the neighborhood and explain the pros of getting off my dreadful $350 PG&E bill and switching to solar! Later the same day I ment with an expert who perfected a plan with me to get panels on *******! The process was very fast and smooth! Thank you lumio for helping me and my family!!??
