I wanted solar for sometime now as the ******************* has put deadlines for zero emissions on the utilities. The response is predictable; rate increases by the utilities in order to meet the deadlines. I'm all for solar but am also a retiree so must do the best with my resources. Several solor companies have come by to talk to me but always walked away because the project was too small and complex. Getting solar was a great thing. Our one concern is that we cant get ahold of anyone to fix the problem with the new fuse box that was needed to be installed. Some of our breakers are popping with with just a computer plugged into an outlet when before they were able to handle much more items plugged in

I have to say that my sales rep ***** the best part of the transaction? Even after today, he still goes above and beyond with any questions that I have. He goes extremely above and beyond for questions that he himself does not even know. He will be sure to definitely get back to me within a reasonable time and at times within a time that is unexpected. He has gone out of his way to call customer service for me on my behalf. Lumio is a very professional company as well as all the staff involved with the process. They keep checking in to make sure everything is working well and the system is in good working order. I really like that I can check how my system is working and how many ***** it is producing.

Some people complain of slow service, but I found that the only delays resulted from red tape by the city, L&I, etc., which were beyond Lumio's control. My system is working very well, and the number of panels recommended by Lumio appears to be just right for my needs. Lumio kept in touch with me after the installation to ensure that everything was going smoothly.

So far so good, ** electric bill except the minimum meter charges all summer. Receiving credits for excess electricity. Everything went pretty smooth with the installation.
