They communicated with us along the way and when we had weather issues on our original schedule date they called and still offered to come but explained why they recommended rescheduling which due to the weather we were fine with. They worked with our schedule in scheduling.

Good, but better home-office / 'design-team' coordination/collaboration could improve that. Installers knew their ************************ & could think on their feet- Installers get 7 stars, but were hamstrung by less than ideal pre-project planning & communication from the home office...so overall 4 stars.Incorrect roof layout when they showed up, unaware of coordination needed with Generac installation under their purview (ie electrical issues), and now an extra 10 day delay because of the missing temporary disconnect nee... read more

Got solar on my property, the only part that took a little longer than expected was the time from install to PTO which i was happy to have been told that by the sales rep at the time of sale and along the way. When waiting to be connected something that helps speed that problem up is calling your power company yourself. Just got my first bill with solar and I only had a 15$ meter charge.
