My first solar panel system and I've been happy each step of the process. There were some wait times, but I was told that this was a new market area and there was a large workload. Everyone wants (needs) to get theirs installed and receive the tax credit.I did not install a 100% power provide system because I wanted to see how they work and a smaller system would be a good start for me. I recently had my system installed and it was such a smooth process. It took around two months for the entire process to be completed and today I received notice to activate my system. The installers were also really great people. They took the time to teach me how it works and explain what they were doing and it was installed in only a few hours. No complaints here. It was an excellent process and they communicated every step of the way through email. The app is also SWEET. Thanks Lumio!

From when they decide to place the panels to how many is needed. Installation is when it is convenient for the client. Guys are all professional and clean up after they are done.
