After Hurricane *** we were concerned about our solar arrays due to tree damage on our house. Lumio responded promptly by sending a Tech to inspect our system. As it turns out our solar panels weathered the storm perfectly with minor scratches which did not affect the performance. He even cleaned off the Hurricane debris to increase the performance. We Thank You so much for easing our minds and ensuring our system was top ******************

We had our solar panels installed this past Friday. From the start of our process with solar we met with ******* to the install with ************* team. I have nothing but positive things to say. Install took roughly 6 hours and they were so kind to check in with me and let me know what was going on to when they finished. They were very polite and clean. I cant wait to for my inspection so we can start using our system.

Amazing company, I was hesitant to go Solar after reading some of the reviews. Our sales rep was very informative and let us know our system would have to pass inspection before it could be turned on. Took the city a little over 2 months to get our permission to operate. Our sales rep stayed in contact with us through out that time and helped us get reimbursed for our solar payment. Surprisingly after our rep submitted for a refund it only took 3 days! The Lumio solar tech came out today to look at an issue with one of the panels not reporting. The techs arrived in their scheduled time window and had everything up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for a quick and easy experience Lumio!
