First the nice guy came by who was going around the neighborhood introducing the company and talking about solar energy/panels. He came back to explain some things and ended up setting us with appointment with **** whose very nice and knowledgeable. She help explain how things will work and help make to me that is would good change. She came to fill out paperwork and help out with welcome call.
