Dr. Shah is not like other dentists he is not in it for the money and really cares about helping you fix the issues you have with your teeth so you can truly be happy. I went in with a whole bunch of problems and felt really sad about the shape of my teeth but he worked hard and strived to make me feel better about my teeth and i was very happy with the outcome of the results and would recommend him to anyone in Edmonton.
Honestly such a great dentist does what is necessary and doesn't go overboard in offering expensive procedures he really cares about his patients and has excellent dental work. Definitely go visit Dr.shah he is great!
Had a lot of problems with my teeth and was really overwhelmed about it. I went in to this dental clinic and Dr. Shah really helped me out a lot and fixed all the problems i had with my teeth. Overall I'm really grateful i visited this clinic the dentists and staff are really polite and welcoming.
Great Doctor went in for a serious tooth ache and he treated my tooth by suggesting a root canal treatment the procedure went excellently and i left feeling very satisfied that the pain was gone. If you want a trust worthy dentist i would recommend doctor shah.
I found him to be very practical and conservative and not interested in pushing expensive, complicated and unnecessary treatments like a lot of dentists I've been to. I found out that he's volunteered overseas treating kids while in dental school and every year since he graduated. The clinic can be very busy at times because they see a lot of emergency patients so I've been waiting a bit longer than I've wanted to at times but the staff has always been very accommodating. Pretty bad experience with Dr. Shah. I'd agree re: bedside manners and arrogance. This is my 2nd time visiting him. I know, stupid me.
wish Shah learned how to speak with his patients. some basic patient etiquette and communication skills. had a small procedure done with him. prior to the procedure, I had various questions for him and he dismissed me as in "stop wasting my time" ... totally rushed through the procedure as well, was quite painful actually. absolute junk!

Dr. Shah has a lot to learn about customer service and patient engagement. Extremely painful tooth filling. I approached him a few days later with feedback, he was extremely rude and arrogant ... "I've done this numerous times, I don't need you to tell me how to do my job!" was his response. Never going back again!
Terrible experience similar to those that have been written before me. Treated like a number that was quickly shuffled out as soon as he realized that my issue was more complex and it wouldn't be a quick buck to be made. Attitude was condescending and no patience at all
