Theresa Lupo helped me look at homes in the New Hyde Park and Mineola area. She was very knowledgeable about prices and what to expect. She even told me as a buyer to offer less than I was willing to at one point, and she was correct - my bid was accepted at the lower price. She was helpful throughout the entire process of buying my home.

Sal and Theresa were fabulous. They are truly a dynamic duo. I loved how they treat you like family. They are personable and understand their business and the market thoroughly. Unlike many other real estate agents, they utilized the latest technology to market my home to the most amount of people. My family and I were updated periodically of how my home was viewed and how many times it was viewed. I would recommend them to everyone.

Sal and Theresa are very professional !!! We felt like we had known them forever! They don't live far from the property we were selling, so they knew the area and how much we could and did get for it! They work together as a team and helped us out when we couldn't get to the property, they went there and handled any and all the situations that can up!! They were right there all the way and up to the closing! We highly recommend them!!!

I am purchasing my first home thanks to Sal and Theresa. I have been procrastinating buying a home because I didn't know where to start and what to expect but I was a lot more confident once I began the home buying process with the Lupo team.
