Sal was a friendly, and experienced real estate agent. He was highly knowledgeable about the housing market in Long Island. He allowed me to successfully purchase a new house in Long Island. He is also very responsiveness to texts and calls. If anyone is looking for a expert agent then I highly recommend the lupo team to help you purchase your new house.

I worked with Theresa from Lupo Team. She is simply an amazing realtor, she went far and beyond to make sure things happened. She was very prompt and responsive whenever anything came up. She was the sole reason of this transaction going through. I am glad I met her and she helped me close.

The Lupo Team including Sal Lupo and Theresa Lupo as well as their daughter Stephanie did an excellent job in selling our home. They were our 3d broker and I wished we found them sooner but we eventually did find them. They got us top dollar for our home and got the home sold within our listing period. The Lupo team (Sal, Theresa and their daughter) were great to work with when we sold my mother in law's house in New Hyde Park. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, they helped us through the whole house moving experience, and were particularly excellent at taking into account my mother in law's age. Lupo team went above and beyond their job. We found Lupo team online and their excellence is really solid and consistent. We sold our house so fast with the reasonable offer. They have been able to really narrow down the process of selling my home and purchasing a new property. Many times on Zillow you would find that some houses were already sold, under contract and were no longer available, the Lupo team was able to narrow down relevant homes that were available in my desired area and they were very knowledgable about the history And the sale process.
