The process started in Sept. and didn't finish until I initiated another title company which resulted in a Jan. closing. I realize it was a busy time and season, but considering when we started the process, we didn't feel like we were a priority as customers. We received numerous requests to repeatedly send the same information over and over b/c the process took so long. That was frustrating considering that we would rush to get it done but were not seeing the same urgency on your part.

I have never in 30 years of various mortgages had more trouble making a payment. First we could pay on their website with no fee. Then they had a fee. Then they wouldn’t accept e bill pay from my credit union. Now they have a new website and after I finally get all set up again and schedule a payment it tells me we are not accepting online payments. This is the worst experience ever!

They almost doubled our mortgage amount and charging us twice for wind coverage and refuse to speak to us to fix it. The worst company I have ever had to deal with!

Communication with buyer was the biggest problem. Overall I was happy with Lou’s part. The rest of his team was what I really had the biggest issue with. After asking for documents to be submitted in a timely manner, we kept our end by submitting them on time. Only to be asked to submit them again. Information at times was confusing asking for job verification for my wife, then to get clarification it was for me, and finally told after a third email that verification was for both us.
