Great mattress! Kid loves it! Loved the delivery people who made everything quick and simple for set up and taking away old mattress and box springs! Thanks!
Buying a mattress online is a bit "scary" but this purchase worked out perfectly. We had a plush mattress for years and did not realize that it was causing back problems. We got this Sealy Posturepedic Pro in Cal King firm and from the first night we noticed relief. Very glad we got it. Delivery was on time and when the guys came, they were quick in-and-out (almost too quick). They took the old mattress with them, so we didn't have to deal with that headache.
Nice mattress but I was hoping it would be more firm. Might return to Costco but that's what I get for buying mattresses online without testing them out
Business response:
Hello- Thank you for your feedback concerning our Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights Mattress! We thank you for being a loyal Costco member and hope to better support you in the future!
Comfy mattress
I ordered this four days ago, and it was delivered today. The mattress is firm, as I wanted it, and I can’t wait to try it out tonight. Excellent delivery to my house, professional and efficient service provided by the delivery persons. I’m very satisfied and thank you Costco employees!
This was just delivered, ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and efficient. They brought in the new mattress and removed the old mattress. I’m glad I purchased online because I’m not sure we could have gotten the mattress upstairs ourselves. Well done Costco!
The delivery team showed up on time and swapped out the mattresses without any issues. They were professional and polite, I would recommend them to my friends and family.
As I expected
I always turn to Costco for the best products and prices. Sealy Posturepedic is an excellent choice for your mattress needs. They had different firmness levels at the Costco store to try and choose. They always have great customer service when it comes to loading the mattress on my truck, and the best sales representative in the beginning to help me with my purchase.
