jThus far this mattress has exceeded our expectations, we finally sleep like a baby. It is a little firmer than our other mattress but I believe that is what we needed to sleep better. No more tossing and turning and it holds up well. So far so good, would recommend this to anyone who wants a firmer mattress but not too firm.
We purchased this mattress for our son and his husband for Christmas. They'd been sleeping on a cheap, 20 year old mattress and they love this one! Delivery was seamless which is really important when you live in a small apartment in Brooklyn. The delivery people showed up right on time, installed the mattress and took away the old one in about 10 minutes. My son took it for a test nap that day after his run and said it was "perfect." Also sent him some nice Kirkland sheets so they are set.
So far this mattress is great! Happy we bought ourselves this Christmas present.
Delivery was much earlier than window provided. Delivery crew moved very quickly (hitting ceiling lamp with mattress). Mattress had dirty marks on one side. I was told to contact Costco and they left.
Business response:
Hello- Thank you for sharing your delivery experience of the Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights Mattress! We'd love to discuss this experience with you further! Please contact us here: https://customerservice.costco.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9
I laid on it and I felt as if I was in a high quality hotel. This is the type of mattress that I would purchase again for every bed in my house.
The product exceeded my expectations and the delivery personnel were friendly and professional.
I got the Firm Full size mattress. Mattress is nice but has little extra sewing threads hanging off that can be cut off. Delivery was nice. Got straight to business and left quick.
My husband and I are very happy with our new mattress. I look forward to going to bed every night. No body pain for either of us. We are very happy.
Great mattress- very soft and comfy!!
