Was concerned at first because I like soft and my husband likes firm. This mattress came in plush medium and it worked out perfect for us in the end.
It's very comfortable, Great delivery service and haul off of my old mattress.
The mattress feels firm and good support which I like. But the delivery staff looks like not take care of it well. It has a plastic wrap outside but I still find the side of the mattress are dirty.

Great mattress. Bought three of these for our new condo. They are firm but not hard and are very comfortable. Price was a great deal too. Can't go wrong.
