Their team was over an hour late and no one called or texted to notify me. Being so late they were rushing and it showed in their work.

Pretty disappointed with the service they provide. We hired them for a yard cleaning and summer flower planting. The cleaning part was fine - very quick and efficient. They did a pretty good job overall. however, the flowers planting part was not so great. First, the flower they brought in was not that fresh - I noticed a lot of them were either damaged (broken), or the flowers were already fading, yet they still planted the low quality flowers into my yard. Just awful. They were late arriving at my house, and I had to cancel an appointment in order to stay home while they were there. The fertilizer they used burned my grass, and I have dead spots everywhere. On top of that, the crew left their trash on the ground in my yard. I don't recommend.

I find their work top of the class but they're expensive, so if you have that kind of budget for your lawn, I dont think you'd want to go anywhere else. I didnt so i am just giving 3 stars as I had to really stretch. The good thing is that I can stretch in the lawn now.

I had old sod removed as it was mostly weeds. New soil and sod were put in. The area is very uneven now and the new sod is so full of weeds I could have saved a lot of money and kept the old stuff.

My interaction with Lush Landscaping was far from satisfactory, earning them a two-star rating. The biggest downfall was their consistent failure in communication. Right from the start, it was a struggle to receive timely and informative responses to my inquiries about the project details, budget, materials, and timeline. My previous lawn care company ruined my lawn. Lush Landscaping came in and repaired my lawn. My technician is David, and I had the pleasure of talking with him the other day about ideas in some areas that will need attention at the end of the season. Excellent service and knowledge. I strongly recommend Lush Landscaping. I have been using them for about a year. I have no regrets. I would award them six stars if there were six available. Haha!!!

Overall, Lush Landscaping did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with the outcome and all at a reasonable price. I only gave 4 stars because they ran into some issues that caused them to run past their projected completion timeline and we weren't able to enjoy the space when my family visited.
