I really like this mattress it is plush and cozy. Delivery went well and was on time. I was really nervous after reading previous reviews regarding dirty or damaged mattresses. I spoke with the serta 800 number listed on the costco website and they reassured me that the delivery drivers are now removing the plastic covers after they are in the house and not in the trucks (She said that was apparently the problem with the damaged and dirty mattresses.) Too new, time will tell..
This is truly firm mattress I was looking for, I'm 220lb and 6 ft tall,sleep on my back, so was looking for something won't sag and give me a really decent support. This thing truly delivered. It is very firm, not medium firm and I like it a lot, give me exact support I need and so far no sag or any issues. Will see if it lasts 10 year (my old Sealy only survived for 6) but so far I'm very impressed with quality, really good value for the price.
I did a lot of research and got pretty confused. Ended up with this mattress. We came from an old Beauty Rest top of the line, we went for separate beds, for many reasons, so, we chose Full size mattresses because my wife likes a softer mattress and got the "Plush", and I got the "Firm". We have them on an adjustable bed frame. After 2 weeks, everything works well, my wife is very happy with hers and I am happy with mine. I will say that the Firm is not super firm, but acceptable.
The mattress arrived in plastic and was in pristine condition. Only 1 manufacturer defect that I could find which was a sewing error on 1 Place of about 50.
I've been living on gifted mattresses for some time now, but getting this new firm mattress from Costco was a huge upgrade. I slept like a rock it was great. I recommend getting new pillows with the new mattress, I should have!

It’s comfortable but there are little tears in some of the seams.
We got outstanding service from the Sealy mattress we purchased from Costco 20 years ago and it wasn't actually worn- but we couldn't resist the upgrade on sale. We are very pleased with it. We purchased on line and it was delivered as scheduled by a crew who was courteous, respectful and helpful. The same high quality products and service we are accustomed to from Costco.
