Suffering from lower back pain for 1y using foam matresses. This one solved the problem in 1w.
I tried out two other top of the line mattresses, The others were unsteady at best. This one is firm and very stable. I was going to go with an outside brand Nectar, but it would cost $1000 more, and that was a Black Friday deal! This mattress gives just as much support and I trust Costco's warranty since I take good care of mattresses and they stood behind my prior mattress which failed about 1/2 through the warranty.
I had previously purchased a foam mattress and was waking up with a sore lower back everyday. I returned that one and purchased this one and am so happy to report that my back feels great! Wanted to shout out Costcos’s customer service team - they were amazing in helping coordinate the exchange and so very easy to work with! 💗
Excellent purchase from Costco. Not only half the price for the same mattress at a mattress store, but the quality and comfort is outstanding.

Solid and of good materials.
Purchased queen plush. The plush is fairly firm but comfy. The delivery was perfect. Three stars because the mattress surface is uneven: the middle is higher and firmer, as if it was already used by two people sleeping on each side.
Bed is good, but the service was amazing. Delivery crew was very friendly and courteous and made the experience even better!
This is a thick mattress. My wife prefers a tad firmer than I do. I considered the plush top, but went with the regular firm for her. While it is NOT "sleeping on a board" firm, it IS firm! Also, it's thick. A box spring (or foundation) is optional with this mattress. I made the mistake of buying a foundation and our bed sits at 34" high. For reference? Desktop height is 29-30". A nice platform bed with plenty of room beneath it will serve this mattress well. Great delivery by Costco. Great value on a quality mattress, too.
