Plush is comfy and still provides some firmness.
14” thick is very high. We have a platform bed with draws underneath. It is 34” from the floor to the top of the bed! We almost need to pole vault into bed. Bed is not that firm, especially as we move to the center of the bed. It feels like we’re in a small depression. This is our third king size in the last 15 years. The other beds were not firm across the center. Any king beds that don’t sink in the middle?
Needed a firm mattress and this was the right choice
Absolutely excellent purchase. Extremely comfortable and just the right firmness and softness. So happy with this purchase.
We have not had much time on the bed yet so we cannot really say "how good, etc.", we were expecting a little more stiffness to go along with the softness.

This bed is wonderful. I had to send back the prior medium mattress as it was causing me back pain on a daily basis. This replacement plush mattress met all my needs and expectations for what I was looking for in a mattress and for my back. I am very happy with the exchange process and appreciate Costco's assistance throughout.
I’m going to keep it just bec returning is a big hassle but disappointed it’s not that firm and I wake up with a slight backache. Disappointed
This mattress is a game changer for a good nights sleep. After reading all the reviews online here, I decided to take a chance on this one and so glad I did. Quality product with a great delivery by Costco made this a very positive experience! Thank you Costco!
While I felt that this mattress was well-constructed, the plush-top version I ordered was just a little too soft to give me the support I need for my lower back and I had to return it. I would rate it medium to medium-soft. For those with lower back pain like me, I believe “firm” version of this mattress would be the better choice.
