The matress was deliveried at the appointed time and the delivery crew did an exceellent job installing the matress in a 2nd story bedroom, and hauling away the old matress.
Beautiful mattress and so comfortable! Not too firm or too soft, but just right. I had to replace two mattresses in my parent’s home and am so happy with these. Bonus was not spending hours of time shopping to compare many options. Will definitely purchase again the next time I need a new mattress.
Excellent service and product... professional delivery and take away...the best experience...
very firm and comfortable, good quality
Very Comfortable , Great Mattress , Plush
Great mattress! After a bad experience (a purchase from another furniture store that starts with a W.) I finally got a great mattress that lives up to its promise. And it was half the price as the bad mattress. I am buying another mattress for the guest room soon.
Mattress Ok starting to breakdown for having it for a short time
Delivery was very fast and efficient. Ordered Firm. Mattress is firm but very comfortable, no need for an extra topper. As a senior citizen I needed sleeping support not sag. (F- 115 lbs) Sleep on my back or stomach with very small contour pillow, which keeps neck straight when on my back. Took a couple of nights to get used to the change but now I am reluctant to get out of bed in the mornings. Wonderful change from my old saggy bed.
The mattress is sagging and I was thinking about returning it but I don’t have another. It not comfortable
