The mattress is great. It improved my sleep. It is very comfortable. It’s firm, but the pillow top make it soft. To me this is the best mattress we’ve had since we got rid of our water bed.
We bought the firm. It is comfortable. Has stayed true to shape so far. Our last mattress had a pillow top and it broke down on the sides and sagged.
I was so lucky to get my bed delivered right on time, but by very respectful, happy delivery men, it’s nice to see people happy at work. Keep them, they are great and give a good name. Thank you.
The mattress delivery was easy to set up, and I received a call to confirm. I highly recommend this style; the mattress itself is incredibly comfortable. It is firm, not too soft, and offers great support. 10/10
We have had our King Plush for a month now and are very happy we bought this mattress. After looking the Sealy options I called the Sealy 888 number listed on the Cosco website and talked to Anna. She helped me though the selection process. She was GREAT! Costco delivered the new mattress and hauled away our old one. Very easy to deal with

Very nice and comfortable
This mattress delivers what it promises.it is firm, but not hard. It has just the right amount of give for a good night’s sleep. Delivery was a little rough with the delivery team having a hard time getting it up the stairs and removing the old Matt. We ended up with a couple of minor wall scratches, but nothing the touch up paint couldn’t fix.
Business response:
Hello Tripster, We appreciate your honest review of your delivery experience. We apologize that you had a less than perfect experience and will be reviewing this with our delivery teams. Thank you for being a loyal Costco member!
The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling delivery was effortless—I was able to pick the exact day and time that worked for me. The delivery team arrived right on schedule and couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. They went above and beyond by placing the mattress exactly where I wanted it and even taking all the packaging with them. As for the mattress itself, it’s incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping like a baby since it arrived, and it truly delivers on everything the website ... read more
