We replaced an 8 year old hybrid memory foam/coil king mattress for which we had spent considerably more money. Back pain and difficulty sleeping led us to considering a much firmer mattress. Comfortable, the best choice for sleeping so well; highly recommended
I ordered the firm mattress that also had a plush top so it seemed. However, I received the mattress and it did NOT seem firm as I had expected. The order description was confusing as written. You get the mattress with pillow top and can designate firm. That's how I understood it. NOT what I received.

Sleeps Well
It is firm and comfy
Costco’s returns policy on mattress purchases has always amazed me. I’ve been through several mattresses now and have been mostly satisfied with them. My only “complaint” is I can’t get the firm mattresses in the warehouse. But that’s changed now that I learned delivery and setup is free. The mattress has been great so far.
Ordered this mattress in plush and it was perfect. It was not too soft but still provided great support without being too firm. The delivery window was easy to arrange and the delivery guys were on time and delivered the mattress without issues. Overall quite pleased with this purchase.
This mattress is incredible. It's very well built. Nice and firm with just enough give to it. I love this bed!
