Very good. Service was good.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback on the Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights 14" Mattress. We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying your new new mattress and the delivery service was also good. We value your membership with us here at Costco and we hope you Sleep Well!
Looking for a firm 14-inch quality-built heavy mattress to replace 13 year-old Tempur-Pedic. After one month of use, I am completely satisfied with my Sealy Posturepedic Pro. Hopefully, it will hold up as well as the former mattress. I'll let you know in about 10 years! Costco process to order online, shipping, delivery and haul away were outstanding.
This mattress is for those who want a soft mattress and a warm mattress. If that's you, go for it. Unfortunately, we like mattresses that are firm and we dislike waking up hot when we sink into the memory foam of a pillowtop mattress. - Purchased Pro Lincoln Heights "Firm" - 6'2 and 180 lbs - 5'7 and 125 lbs
Provides great sleep!
Business response:
Hello- Thank you valued customer for your purchase. We are excited you are enjoying sleep with your new Sealy Posturepedic Pro Lincoln Heights 14" Firm or Plush Mattress. Sleep Well!
Great mattress! Just what I expected according with the specifications.
A very comfortable bed! Plus is little warmer than one without it.
This mattress has relaxed my posture so I don’t have any more pain.
Delivery was fast and efficient. It's only been 2 weeks but so far we are pleased with the firmness and comfort. We are still getting used to the extra height (14") verses our previous 12" mattress.
The bed is very comfortable, just what I would expect from Sealy. The delivery, however, left a lot to be desired. The delivery personnel were rude and did not listen to our instructions. I expected better from Costco.
