Very firm. I paired with a memory foam topper. My husband needed it for good support for his lung issues. So with the added memory foam topper it is perfect.
Very pleased with the mattress. It is always a bit scary buying something without trying it but after reading the reviews I felt this was what I wanted. The mattress is firm but has a softness that is very comfortable.

Second mattress we’ve bought. Both times delivery was ontime as promised. Delivery staff was friendly and professional. Cant ask for more.
Very comfortable. I am sleeping much better getting at least 7 to 8 hours compared to 5 to 6 hours.
My partner is 230 lb and I am 200 lb. Medium supports us wonderfully. Mind the height when buying sheets.
