The mattress was certainly a good value, however expected the plush to be somewhat softer
Business response:
We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow both your body to adjust to the new feel and for your mattress to properly break in and adjust to your body. If after this period, your mattress is still too firm please reach out to us at 1-800-955-2292 and we will happily discuss potential return options with you!
We find this mattress to be very comfortable. We both sleep much better.
Bought this mattress one month ago. Firmness is as expected. Costco delivery service is great.
This mattress makes me want to crawl in bed. Definitely right for sleep, comfort and firmness.
