Brought The 5 days ago. The mattress is too firm for me a side sleeper. The first two nights I thought I had hit the jacket pot. The 3rd night I wondered if it was the same mattress. I got up in the middle of the night and added a Sealy 2 inch topper hoping that it would help but it didn't. I ordered medium firm which is suppose to be the sweet spot for side sleepers but woke up with stiff joints and back pain. Surprisingly even with the pillow top I feel the coils!! I hoped this would be a great replacement for my older mat... read more
I ordered the firm queen. It’s for the guest room so it does not get much use. My guests have said the mattress was comfortable.
I bought the firm mattress a few weeks ago but it was just too uncomfortable. I exchanged it for a medium and it is much better. Ordering was easy. Exchanging was easy and delivery was grest.
We are pleased. It is a high quality, comfortable mattress. The only problem was in the process of registration for the warranty. The numbers needed are sewn on a tag on the head of the mattress. This required us to REMOVE the mattress from the bed frame (given size and weight, a real problem). If they require these numbers for registration, place them in an accessible area.
Very good mattress
After using it for nearly a month, they proactively refunded $50. Because of the price reduction this month
I bought this mattress a few weeks ago and it was one of the best purchases ever. The perfect blend of supportive and firm. I’ve slept so good since we got it.
We have slept on the mattress for a little of 3 weeks, and it has been great so far. They guys that delivered it were great.
The mattress is firm and comfortable. Before buying this one online, I had tried many mattresses in person in several stores. This one surpasses my expectations and is more comfortable than those sold in-store and more expensive ones. I ended up purchasing the second one.
