Service was fine for the first few months but lately the crew seems rushed. Starting to look at other options if things don't improve before summer.
Passable work on the lawn maintenance side but their design service needs serious improvement. The layout they created felt generic and did not take into account our specific preferences at all.
Somewhat satisfied with the initial consultation and design plan but the maintenance follow-up was lacking. The lawn looked good for the first month then started declining due to poor upkeep.
They completed the landscaping work but left several areas incomplete claiming it was outside the scope. The contract was vague and led to multiple disagreements about what was included.
Average work at best. The lawn edges were clean but the overall design felt uninspired. For the premium price they charge I expected a much higher level of creativity and craftsmanship.
The design team had some good ideas but the final result did not match what we discussed during the consultation. Several plants were substituted without asking us first. Disappointed overall.
The landscaping design was decent but execution was mediocre. They planted the flowers in the wrong spots and had to redo half the work. Communication could definitely be better.
