Hired Lush Landscaping to redesign my front yard. They showed up two hours late, left equipment all over my driveway overnight, and the plants they chose were completely wrong for the climate. Half of them died within a month. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Cancelled my annual maintenance contract last week and hired GreenEdge instead. Lush had every opportunity to fix the drainage issue they caused but never followed through. Done.

Disputed the charge with my credit card company after Lush refused to refund for a job they never completed. Already moved on to another landscaper. Would not recommend to anyone.

I tried to get my lawn cleaned up and look nicer. But the team from Lush Landscaping felt unreasonably short in meeting my expectations. I tried calling them to provide my feedback, but I was answered by a ROBOT. I am thinking of switching to their competitor, maybe then they will understand.

Won't ever return to this place
Scheduling is a nightmare with this company. They use an outdated system and appointments often get lost or double-booked. Spent more time coordinating than actually getting the work done.
We hired them for a full yard redesign and they subcontracted the work without telling us. The subcontractors had no idea what the original plan was and the result was completely different.
The crew seemed undertrained and had to call their supervisor multiple times during a simple lawn service visit. It took twice as long as expected and the results were just barely acceptable.
Lush Landscaping overcharged us by over 40 percent from the original estimate with no valid reason given. When we disputed the charges they became hostile and unprofessional on the phone.
